Pork Chops in Savory Grape-Mustard Sauce
Pork Chops in Savory Grape-Mustard Sauce A creamy Dijon mustard sauce accented with seedless grape halves tops tender pork chops.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 tsp. butter
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup light cream
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. shallot, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Remove; keep warm.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly. Spoon sauce over pork chops.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Serve with steamed green beans, wild rice, and oven-warmed French Bread.
